📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base from a personal network and community • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month • Own and manage a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week • Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Represent Pinch and build awareness with local neighbors, businesses, and community members • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Build and grow an independent aesthetics practice with support from Pinch

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Ohio • If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a personal practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus • Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a bonus • New injectors must complete in-person training before starting • Ability to attend one full training session in Columbus, Cleveland, or Cincinnati, Ohio
