📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely and according to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base from a personal network and convert first-time clients into regulars • Set and manage a schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week • Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Represent Pinch in the local community and build awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Ohio • If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full before starting • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow an own practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network (bonus) • Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more (bonus) • Founding Providers must treat a minimum of 5 clients per month • Availability to work an average of 10–20 hours per week
