📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch clinical standards • Build a client base from a personal network and convert first-time clients into regulars • Set a personal schedule, averaging 10–20 hours per week • Build awareness for Pinch among neighbors, businesses, and the local community • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month • Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Represent Pinch as a Founding Provider in the local community

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Ohio • If newer to injectables, availability to attend an in-person training in full • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a personal practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus • Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar opportunities is a bonus
