📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks • Partner with technical documentation and developer relations teams to deliver documentation, quick-start guides, and sample apps • Work with Engineering and Product Management teams to align SDK capabilities with platform releases • Engage customers, partner engineers, and the open-source community to gather requirements and developer feedback • Translate feedback into a prioritized product backlog • Write technical blog posts, participate in developer forums, and create SDK-related content • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release • Define success metrics such as SDK adoption and integration time • Monitor app development trends, cross-platform frameworks, and identity standards • Improve mobile and web app integration through AI-focused developer experience initiatives • Assess and improve Ping’s developer experience holistically • Champion original ideas in wider developer-experience forums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Hands-on experience building software • Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and FIDO/WebAuthn • Product sense for clean code and developer ergonomics • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar • Understanding of how AI coding agents interact with SDKs, APIs, documentation, and developer tooling • Ability to identify opportunities to optimize products for human developers and AI agents • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex architecture into clear product requirements and external narratives • Experience defining and executing product roadmaps based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback • Experience managing a product backlog in an agile environment • Advantage: experience using client-side SDKs and REST APIs • Advantage: exposure to agentic infrastructure tools, AI development loops, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Workspace, or MCP
