📋 Description
• Focus on learning and engaging with Benjamin Moore’s Field Sales team and clients • Attend internal and external product and sales training • Applying paints and coatings to various substrates • Support Territory Representatives in meeting their sales goals • Responsible for customer satisfaction by demonstrating customer-centricity
🎯 Requirements
• Must be willing and able to relocate within a designated region after the associate program concludes • Available for up to 80% travel, sometimes overnight • Valid driver's license and a good driving record • A four-year college degree preferred, or a combination of 4 years of college and customer-facing work experience
