📋 Description

• Work with Sales Coordinators to approve Insertion Orders, review contracts, lead OTC projects, and align with the global Revenue Assurance team • Lead aspects of Pinterest’s OTC process, including insertion-order approval, contract review, and data integrity across SFDC, Ads Manager, NetSuite, and Oracle • Assist with integrating subsidiary CRM and ERP tools into Pinterest’s software stack • Support monthly revenue close, including deferred revenue entries, revenue reporting, and reconciliations • Satisfy quarterly and annual external audit requirements • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 revenue-accounting requirements and improve controls • Assist with system testing for process enhancement and automation • Troubleshoot system issues with Business Operations • Partner with legal and sales teams to build an efficient end-to-end OTC workflow • Support Sales Requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • 4–6 years of accounting experience; Big 4 and industry experience preferred • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance • Experience analyzing high-volume, multi-currency transactions in a global business environment • Advanced Excel knowledge • Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce.com, and Datahub/SQL • Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented • Clear written and verbal expression • Ability to identify, design, and implement internal controls and best practices • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment • CPA preferred • Ability to work Eastern or Central time zone hours; Eastern preferred
