📋 Description

• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment • Support hardware and software solutions • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce client callbacks • Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment during installation • Work in a 100% client-facing capacity as a Pitney Bowes representative • Cover a multi-zip code territory with significant windshield time • Use hand tools or small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Provide service to clients across Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing technology, from inserters to lockers

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 55 lbs or more with or without accommodation • Ability to travel within a multi-zip code territory with up to 80% windshield time • Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods of time • Complete familiarity with a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking (Preferred) • Experience with automated equipment (Preferred) • Mechanically inclined; able to repair or troubleshoot hardware and software solutions • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Employer will not sponsor employment visa status now or in the future
