📋 Description

• Set the strategic vision and direction for an integrated hardware and software product portfolio • Work with engineering to bring cloud-enabled, IoT hardware and software products to market • Develop and execute product vision and roadmap for long-term business growth • Lead product requirements definition and development strategy with engineering leaders and user experience architects • Understand relevant markets, customer needs, and competitive offerings • Identify profitable market opportunities • Manage relationships with key hardware and software vendors • Manage product portfolio financial responsibility, including revenue, gross profit, EBIT, and pricing strategy • Define and execute go-to-market strategy and vision

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with integrated hardware-software-cloud products • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Development • Background in go-to-market functions preferable • Proven experience driving strategy and achieving long-term growth and financial success for a product portfolio • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Experience leading teams and driving projects to successful and expedient product launches • Experience in Agile development methodologies • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, and partnership-building skills • Experience in business case development and P&L ownership • Experience utilizing client insights to drive product innovation • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business highly desirable; MBA preferable • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Employer will not sponsor employment visa status now or in the future
