📋 Description

• Review and verify sales contracts for accuracy, completeness, producibility, and scope of work • Confirm contracts with customers and convert sold jobs into production • Move jobs into production through approved and documented material-ordering processes • Add required material lists when applicable • Coordinate with Sales on contract corrections or revisions • Order approved materials according to internal processes • Determine and schedule pre-install inspections when required • Assist Production Managers in selecting appropriate products and processes • Provide timely product information to HICs to support job sales • Track contract issues and submit reports to trainers and management • Obtain department approval for alternative installation solutions when necessary • Maintain professional relationships with sales and production leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or ability to evaluate sales contracts for completeness, accuracy, producibility, and scope of work • Ability to coordinate with Sales when corrections or revisions are required • Ability to order approved materials according to internal processes • Ability to determine and schedule pre-install inspections when required • Ability to track and submit contract issues to trainers and management • Ability to establish communication loops with sales management and maintain detailed error tracking • Ability to assist Production Managers with product and process decisions • Ability to communicate professionally with sales and production leadership
