📋 Description

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial proposal development and solicitation review through final contract closeout and record retention • Ensure strict compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA, and customer requirements • Identify and mitigate contractual and compliance risks • Negotiate clear, enforceable terms balancing risk, cost reasonableness, and supplier performance expectations • Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and work order processing • Serve as a key communication link with customers, government agencies, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams • Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records • Develop Small Business Subcontracting Plans (SBSPs) • Support process enhancements and champion best practices to improve compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction • Ensure seamless contract execution from inception to closeout

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated federal contracting experience • Deep understanding of FAR/DFAR flow-downs and prime contract obligations • Knowledge of applicable FAR, DFARS, GSA, and customer requirements • Ability to identify and mitigate contractual and compliance risks • Contract negotiation skills, including balancing risk, cost reasonableness, and supplier performance expectations • Ability to coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and work order processing • Ability to communicate with customers, government agencies, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams • Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records • Experience developing Small Business Subcontracting Plans (SBSPs)
