📋 Description
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial proposal development and solicitation review through final contract closeout and record retention. • Ensure strict adherence to applicable FAR, DFARS, GSA, customer, and company requirements across all contract awards, modifications, and related documents. • Identify, assess, and actively mitigate contractual risks while interpreting complex terms and conditions to provide guidance to internal stakeholders. • Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and work order processing while serving as a key communication link with customers, government agencies, and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management). • Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records, develop Small Business Subcontracting Plans (SBSPs), and champion process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
