📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of the division strategy and vision • Support leadership and direction for Testing Logistics Services (TLS) resources • Drive successful project execution across project management disciplines • Schedule and facilitate project meetings • Ensure project schedules are maintained and actively monitored • Provide oversight and coordination across matrixed teams • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • Contribute to or lead the development, analysis, and documentation of project planning activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Managerial, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related discipline • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in project management or related managerial tasks • Experience supporting federal programs, project management offices (PMOs), or enterprise operations • Experience supporting large and complex government organizations such as VA, DoD, or federal healthcare environments • Knowledge and understanding of integrated master schedule concepts and resource loaded/leveled schedules • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams • U.S. Citizenship is required
