📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end strategy for US Leaves of Absence and ADA/Reasonable Accommodations • Design, automate, and implement scalable workflows • Act as the primary point of resolution for complex employee escalations • Provide data-backed insights to HRBP, Legal, and Payroll teams • Regularly review and update policies and procedures • Seek and implement opportunities to integrate AI models • Manage relationships with leave vendors and coordinate with payroll

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Benefits, HRBP, and heavily regulated environments • Deep background in FMLA, ADAAA, leaves, and reasonable accommodations • Exposure to global leave regulations • Passion for leveraging AI and modern tech • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and confidence • Expertise in reasonable accommodation and Leave of Absence requests across various jurisdictions
