📋 Description

• Lead frontend delivery across React web and React Native mobile ticketing experiences • Extend GoFan product capabilities with new payment methods, product types, and experiences • Build checkout, concessions, and fundraising experiences to grow revenue per event • Keep purchase, pass access, and redemption fast and correct under peak load • Own GoFan and Box Office app updates, accessibility, CI-gated releases, rollback readiness, and incident follow-through • Build web and mobile flows for new organizers and events • Partner with backend teams on API contracts, data correctness, and failure handling • Strengthen frontend architecture and improve maintainability, delivery speed, and contribution safety • Improve observability with telemetry, alerts, and post-release verification • Drive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategy for high-risk workflows • Lead incident triage, production debugging, and root-cause follow-through • Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, review, testing, and debugging • Mentor engineers through design reviews, implementation guidance, and code collaboration • Work with product, design, and platform peers to turn roadmap goals into shippable slices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong frontend and product-delivery depth • Strong production experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend application architecture • Experience delivering mobile product work with React Native • Strong grasp of API integration patterns, error handling, and data-validation approaches in production systems • Demonstrated ability to own complex initiatives with limited oversight and strong cross-functional communication • Practical experience with unit, integration, and functional test coverage • Experience operating in high-traffic or time-sensitive domains such as ticketing, e-commerce, payments, or event operations • Judgment to balance product velocity with quality, operational stability, and long-term maintainability
