📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health for common primary-care conditions including depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders • Perform psychosocial assessments • Provide counseling and therapy for patients • Work as an individual, family, and group therapist • Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans • Work closely with patients, families, and the care team to overcome treatment obstacles • Respond to urgent or emergent needs • Maintain a weekly caseload of 30-35 patients and minimum of 5 patients daily

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensure • Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board • Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices • Provide counseling and therapy using evidence based treatment modalities • Competency as an individual, family, and group therapist • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation • Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment • Respond quickly to urgent or emergent needs • Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
