📋 Description

• Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices • Provide counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities • Provide individual, family, and group therapy • Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation, in a timely manner • Work closely with patients, families, and the team to overcome treatment obstacles • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures • Respond quickly to urgent or emergent needs • Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily • Provide comprehensive behavioral health care for depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Master Social Worker • Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board • Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment • Ability to maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily • Ability to work one of the stated schedules • New York location/work eligibility implied by the role designation and posting location
