📋 Description

• Oversee integration of Mental Health services within PM Urgent Cares • Oversee daily operations across clinical and administrative functions to ensure seamless service delivery • Monitor and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Generate and maintain reports related to scheduling, billing, productivity, and performance metrics • Oversee payroll processes, including validating provider hours, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll submission • Ensure accuracy and compliance with mental health billing practices, including claims submission, reconciliation, and issue resolution • Collaborate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency • Support provider scheduling oversight, ensuring appropriate utilization and coverage • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness • Assist in onboarding and training staff on operational processes and systems • Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration • Masters strongly preferred • Proficient with Excel • Attention to detail a requirement • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Ability to work well with others in a team driven environment • Ability to work some evenings or weekends may be required
