📋 Description

• Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice under leadership guidance • Collaborate with domain architects, engineers, leaders, IT, product teams, and senior executives to develop technical standards, reference architectures, design patterns, opinion papers, and architecture decision frameworks • Develop and manage Salesforce technical strategy and coordinate its adoption • Create enterprise guidance for system design, infrastructure integrations, application development, and runtime principles • Manage the architecture review process, including validation checklists and architectural artifact reviews • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions • Design end-to-end solutions for complex business problems addressing scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability • Manage technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration for Salesforce implementations • Research emerging technologies, develop proofs of concept, and recommend robust, cost-effective technologies • Drive adoption of enterprise design patterns and standard solution design and development processes • Produce target-state solution architectures, conduct assessments and gap analyses, and shape solution strategy and roadmaps • Partner with data, integration, and solution architects on data management, security, compliance, integration, and enterprise alignment • Collaborate with business leaders to create business capability models aligned with business needs • Build a learning community within the enterprise architecture discipline and foster continuous improvement • Report to the Director – Enterprise Architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a senior domain architect or senior enterprise architect • Prior experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect in a global organization working with Salesforce Connected Apps and Salesforce AppExchange applications • Proven experience designing and delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions • Led at least two large-scale Product-to-Cash (CPQ/RCA) implementations from design to go-live • 5+ years defining Salesforce architecture across quoting, contracting, fulfilment, billing, revenue, customer success, and customer support • Experience planning and leading architecture delivery for large-scale business and systems transformation programs • Proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, or SuccessFactors • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • 5 years of hands-on enterprise architecture framework experience, including TOGAF, C4, or ArchiMate • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Previous focus on data architecture, application or solution architecture, integration, risk management, and technology standards • Strong understanding of security architecture principles and practices • Proven experience in business capability modeling and translating business needs into technology solutions • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications preferred • Familiarity with managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics, or similar enterprise applications is a plus • Generative AI Code Assistants experience, such as GitHub Copilot, and knowledge of current Generative AI model capabilities would be an asset
