📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day administration and implementation of various HR processes • Handles, investigates, and resolves employee grievances and misconduct allegations • Administers recruitment process, including tracking vacancies and coordinating pre-hire screenings • Serves as primary contact for employee-related questions and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university • 5-7 years related work experience • Strong working knowledge of employment law and payroll regulations • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications • Experience working in a unionized environment and HR Certifications a plus
