Poolside Infrastructure Company is an infrastructure developer and operator focused on building and operating the physical stack for large-scale AI (AGI) workloads. They develop a gigawatt-scale contiguous AI campus (Project Horizon) in West Texas with behind-the-meter natural gas generation, modular prefabricated AI-optimized buildings, integrated cooling and electrical systems, chip-agnostic compute deployment, and a software-defined cloud control plane that operates power, cooling and compute as one system. The company owns land (559 acres with a 12,000-acre expansion opportunity), designs prefabricated modular structures to accelerate commissioning, and aims to bring 200 MW online in the first building and 1. 2 GW across the campus from 2027, with potential for much larger power capacity over time. The team combines data-center development and software expertise to deliver a vertically integrated AI infrastructure stack.
