• Own the entire paid acquisition stack — Meta ads, funnels, landing pages, offers, copy, backend economics. • Generate $500K/month in new revenue from cold Meta ads at 3x+ LTV:CAC within 6 months. • Set weekly targets and optimize ad performance to drive results. • Collaborate with founders on growth strategies and execution.
🎯 Requirements
• You've personally managed $1M+/month in Meta ad spend with profitable ROAS. • Experience in managing Meta ads and funnels. • Proven track record in growing revenue through paid acquisition strategies. • Ability to set targets and analyze ad performance. • Familiarity with funnel management and backend economics.
