📋 Description

• Own and execute Floify's growth strategy • Drive revenue, profitability, and expense targets • Set the product vision and roadmap • Develop a deep understanding of the lending ecosystem • Champion a customer-centric culture • Build a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making • Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team • Identify and pursue strategic integrations with industry platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred • 15+ years of experience in leadership role within SaaS or fintech, ideally within mortgage, lending, or real estate technology • Proven P&L responsibility with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability • Deep understanding of the mortgage origination process, digital lending platforms, and customer workflows • Strong strategic and analytical skills • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data-driven software platforms a plus
