📋 Description

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with national and regional agency groups • Serve as the primary liaison between HOA/Porch and major agency groups, networks, franchises, and aggregators • Develop and execute account plans to grow product distribution, shelf space, and market share • Collaborate with partners to achieve premium growth, agent engagement, and retention goals • Advise agency partners, solve challenges, identify operational improvements, and enhance partner satisfaction • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership • Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and operations teams to execute strategies and fulfill partner needs • Track and report KPIs including premium growth, agency performance, and profitability • Use data to inform decisions and optimize account management strategies • Provide training and resources to agency partners • Support agency partners in onboarding and developing sub-agents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, insurance or a related field • 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, distribution, or account management, preferably with independent agents or national networks • Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts and achieving premium growth targets • Strong background in insurance sales, account management, and relationship building • Strong knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance products and markets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to inform strategies • Experience working with insurance aggregators, franchises, or large independent agency groups • Familiarity with emerging technology and digital tools in insurance distribution • Strategic mindset with ability to think long-term and execute tactical initiatives
