📋 Description

• Own the roadmap and drive execution for launching products, states, and brands on comparative rater platforms • Serve as primary point of contact for rater and direct-agency integration issues, escalations, and migration requests • Own the strategy and roadmap for migrating raters and agencies from point-to-point connections to the Gateway API • Translate launch and migration roadmaps into scoped, sequenced engineering work with Product and Engineering • Align launch and migration timing with Distribution leaders and coordinate external partner communications • Maintain proactive relationships with rater partners and directly integrated agencies • Serve as the technical face of the team on National Partner calls and present to agents • Define and track KPIs including time-to-live, migration velocity, uptime, quote volume, conversion, discount capture, rate leakage, and escalation resolution time • Maintain project plans, timelines, and communications for integrations, performance, and risks/issues • Audit partner data structures and submissions to identify mapping issues that suppress discounts or produce worse rates • Partner with Product and Underwriting to reflect rating-rule, discount, and eligibility changes across integrations • Build monitoring and reporting to identify data-quality or mapping issues affecting rate competitiveness • Establish governance and onboarding standards for future Gateway API connections • Identify strategic opportunities, competitive gaps, and growth opportunities in the rater and direct-agency network

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, integration program management, or partner/vendor program management • Experience spanning technical and business stakeholder groups • Direct experience with comparative rater platforms such as EZLynx, PL Rater, TurboRater/ITC, Bolt, or similar • Experience launching new products, states, or carriers/brands on comparative rater platforms • Experience with agency connectivity, API gateway, or system migration programs • Experience migrating point-to-point or system-specific integrations to a centralized API or gateway model • Experience serving as the primary point of contact for external technical escalations • Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, and gateway/proxy architectures • Strong program governance skills, including roadmapping, dependency management, KPI definition, and cross-team risk escalation • Ability to build prioritization frameworks and communicate tradeoffs clearly to executive stakeholders • Insurance industry experience required, including P&C, agency distribution, comparative rating, or carrier integrations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort presenting recommendations to senior leadership and negotiating with agents, rater partners, and agency partners • Ability to partner with engineers to investigate submitted data and rating logic • Experience partnering with Sales or Business Development teams on scoping, feasibility, and technical credibility • Must be eligible to work in the United States; Porch Group does not consider remote applicants from Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nebraska, Montana, New Hampshire, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia
