📋 Description

• Build new capabilities and features in Posit’s product suite • Drive product changes into customers’ hands • Ship code changes that meaningfully improve the customer experience • Participate in feature planning and provide feedback • Navigate and understand the codebase • Plan features and drive their development • Teach team members through existing expertise and newly acquired knowledge • Learn from internal users, external users, and customer product usage • Build new features and capabilities that expand what the product can do

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in either Go or TypeScript • Proficiency in either Python or R • Experience with backend systems, data tooling, and data science frameworks helpful • Eagerness and boldness to learn essential • User empathy and product sense • Strong technical background • Track record of shipping successful products • Interest in building AI tools and evaluating when AI is appropriate
