📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies • Analyze market trends and customer needs • Solicit professional technicians to win business for our distributors • Collaborate with warehouse distributors • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Regularly review and analyze sales reports • Stay abreast of industry trends and new product developments

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket space • Knowledge of automotive repair shop operations • Experience working with warehouse distributors • ACES/PIES experience is a plus • Automotive technical skills with a concentration on brakes, a plus • Exceptional organizational capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel within the assigned territories is required
