📋 Description

• Build, lead, and develop a highly skilled and efficient technical team, fostering collaboration and excellence • Take ownership of sales initiatives by working with existing customers for new projects and prospecting new customers • Actively manage and grow relationships with U.S. customers to drive revenue • Oversee the technical, financial, and operational performance of the team to ensure consistent delivery of results • Provide technical coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to junior staff • Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations to secure new projects • Manage and support a team of engineers in delivering projects of varying complexity and risk levels • Deliver specialized training courses to clients, enhancing their understanding of power system studies

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in power system modeling and studies • Proven success in engaging customers and driving business growth • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams to deliver complex power system study projects for national and international clients • Familiarity with ERCOT and/or MISO interconnection and system planning study procedures • Advanced knowledge in areas like contingency analysis, voltage stability, small signal stability, transient stability, and control system tuning in frequency and time domains • Proficient in power system modeling techniques and algorithms, with experience in generator and renewable model development or validation (RMS & EMT) from field testing • Expertise in simulation and analysis tools such as DSATools, PSS/E, and PSCAD • Experience in conducting NERC and regional utility reliability compliance studies
