📋 Description

• Support the profitable sales growth for USCA Protective and Marine Coatings with focus on Data Centers build projects and related infrastructure • Lead and direct activities for geographically focused Engineering Specification Representative(s) roles in your region • Support the goals for sales, profitability, overhead, expense control and working capital • Develop and execute segment, region, and customer sales strategies • Identify market and segment strategies to maximize revenue and profit • Ensure cooperation between various teams to influence spec decisions and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent in a relevant field • MBA or advanced degrees are preferred but not required • Minimum 10 years experience calling on architects, engineering firms and general contractors working with specifications • Experience hiring, developing and leading a team focused across the region on specification and contract chain • Strong technical understanding product specification cycles and construction process
