📋 Description

• Guide profitable sales growth and strengthen customer relationships within a defined territory covering St. Louis and Northeast Missouri • Deliver sales and service provision targets following Regional, Zone, and National targets • Develop the defined territory and provide information and market data to support overall business targets • Achieve annual sales plans and critical sales goals while managing costs, receivables, and expenses • Understand end customer requirements and PPG business strategy and regional challenges • Sell PPG Refinish paint systems and sundry items, including commercial and light industrial finishes, through distribution • Manage distributor relationships, including sales, people development, training, and receivables • Support body shop and fleet operations with profitability, cycle time, product training, and analytics • Develop relationships with key dealers, Regional MSO, and independent collision center operations • Work within a team atmosphere to develop the market and maximize potential

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience • 5+ years proven track record in growing sales with validated skills at consultative selling • Prior Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience preferred • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel • Collision or Body Shop Business Experience is highly desirable • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • In-depth knowledge of body shop/fleet operations • Expected overnight travel of 25%
