📋 Description

• Deliver specific sales and service provision targets aligned with Regional, Zone, and National targets • Develop and grow the Asheville, NC; Anderson, SC; and Greenville/Spartanburg, SC markets • Provide market information and data to support overall business targets • Achieve annual sales plans, sales growth, and main sales goals while controlling costs, receivables, and expenses • Understand end-customer requirements and PPG business strategy and regional challenges • Sell PPG Refinish paint systems and sundry items, including commercial and light industrial finishes, through distribution • Manage distributor relationships, including sales, people development, training, and receivables • Support body shop and fleet profitability, cycle time, product training, and analytics use • Develop relationships with key dealers, Regional MSOs, and independent collision centers • Collaborate within a team to develop the market and maximize potential • Promote the value proposition through presentations and demonstrations • Develop the sales territory and attract new business through a strategic territory plan • Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience • 5+ years proven track record in growing sales • Validated consultative selling skills • Prior Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience • Understanding of the collision body shop and refinish market • Knowledge of manufacturing coating systems and related materials used in refinishing applications • Experience using a CRM software system • Valid driver's license • Maintain automobile insurance • Access to a personal vehicle meeting PPG's FAVR program requirements • Successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review • Expected overnight travel of 25%
