📋 Description

• Serve as a primary field operations leader for Praying Pelican Missions within the assigned region • Recruit, plan and lead Christian mission teams for service alongside host church partners and locally run ministries • Facilitate life-changing experiences • Provide vision and leadership in day-to-day recruitment and consulting activities • Coordinate trip setup, maintain administrative records, and ensure long-term partnerships • Lead Christ-centered mission teams with excellence and safety • Support location operations leadership and manage partnership delegations and staff

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership and strong relational skills • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Google Suite with a quick aptitude for new technology • Financial management experience preferred • Ability to travel a minimum of 7 weeks per year • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
