📋 Description

• Define technical and product direction for new initiatives • Lead complex products from concept to scale • Work directly with customers, founders, and product leadership • Architect systems that can evolve from prototypes into production platforms • Identify product opportunities through customer and market insight • Establish reusable engineering patterns • Mentor senior product engineers • Influence company-level product and technology strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience • Exceptional product engineering and architecture skills • Multiple examples of successful 0→1 product development • Strong product intuition and customer orientation • Excellent technical communication • Ability to influence product strategy through technical expertise • AI/ML product experience (nice to have) • Experience in scale-ups (nice to have) • Experience working directly with founders (nice to have) • Experience taking products from prototype to large-scale adoption (nice to have) • Fluent English required • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States, or require employer sponsorship
