📋 Description

• Shape and execute integrated media strategies that support meaningful business outcomes for clients across healthcare and pharmaceutical markets. • Lead media planning and buying initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior talent, and influence campaign performance from strategy through execution. • Oversee the planning, buying, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. • Serve as a strategic advisor to both clients and internal teams, developing media recommendations that align with business objectives and audience needs. • Lead the media buying process, manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign financials, and ensure all tactics are executed accurately and on schedule. • Collaborate closely with account, strategy, planning, operations, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum of 5 years of media planning and buying experience. • Experience developing and executing media campaigns across programmatic, endemic, CTV/video, traditional television, radio, digital out-of-home, and out-of-home channels. • Strong understanding of media strategy, planning, buying, vendor negotiations, and campaign execution. • Experience managing budgets, insertion orders, timelines, and media financial reporting. • Ability to present media recommendations and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience using media research and planning tools such as SRDS, Kantar, Nielsen, or similar platforms.
