📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of clients, from the strategy workshop through the long-term development of each account • Develop target audiences, positioning, and messaging together with clients • Coordinate execution with the internal team • Analyze campaign results and derive specific improvements • Lead review calls, answer questions, and follow up on next steps • Proactively guide clients and take ownership when issues arise • Identify growth opportunities and sell relevant additional services • Turn satisfied clients into case studies and referrals • Work closely with the founders and consulting team • Develop client strategies and deliver results

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant B2B experience, ideally at least 2 years in account management, consulting, customer success, or sales • Consistent direct client contact and a track record of taking ownership • Ability to communicate confidently and as an equal with managing directors and heads of sales • Understanding of how B2B customer acquisition works • Ability to quickly understand new business models • Demonstrable results and specific examples • Clear and confident communication in German and English • Drive and determination to become exceptionally good • Discipline in both sports and day-to-day work • Ability to accept and implement feedback • Structured approach to remote work and reliable follow-through on commitments • Willingness to take ownership and help drive an ambitious vision forward • Career changers welcome—for example, candidates with management consulting experience or a proven track record of excellence in a demanding environment, very fast learning ability, and strong powers of persuasion
