📋 Description

• Develop a core understanding of pricing, fleet, and ICAO destination codes to respond to Private Jet Charter inquiries quickly and accurately • Process leads and fill aircraft availability, quote and execute charter contracts • Conduct proactive and consistent follow-ups on client quotes to support booking sales • Develop and maintain relationships with Private Jet Charter Brokers to ensure repeat charter requests • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams on logistics for winning trips • Identify opportunities to optimize schedule efficiency and adapt to shifting schedule dynamics • Maintain accurate flight schedule and availability information in Avinode • Meet or exceed monthly sales revenue goals, including revenue, trip count, and close-ratio KPIs • Sell point-to-point or roundtrip charters • Follow established processes and procedures while adapting to an ever-changing environment • Handle confidential and proprietary information • Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, detail-oriented remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in the private aviation/charter industry required • Minimum 3–5 years of previous experience • Familiarity with ICAO airport/destination codes • Knowledge of 14 CFR 135 and 91 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent computer proficiency • Familiarity with other Part 135 operators/equipment • Ability to sell and close deals • Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Customer service and relationship-oriented approach • Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate effectively with a team • Must submit to a drug screen and background check • Knowledge and experience with FMS system preferred • Operations background a plus • College degree preferred but not required • Must be able to work under pressure • Must be available for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and last-minute changes
