📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Perform billable work for clients • Participate in engagement teams to determine client needs, analyze and interpret data, evaluate solutions, develop presentation materials, and assist with implementation • Identify issues, form hypotheses, plan and participate in interviews, conduct analyses, and synthesize conclusions into insights and recommendations • Create cohesive presentations for various audiences and support implementation of change • Provide input and support to team deliverables and presentations throughout project phases • Build working relationships with Premier and client teams • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Create value through client interactions, data analytics, insights, and project participation • Participate in practice development activities • Learn Premier-based technologies and services • Complete required annual training • Obtain data, coordinate analyses, initiate interpretations and conclusions, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations • Generate billings revenue through assigned analyses, reports, and implementation support • Define business requirements through client interviews and document wants and needs • Prepare client presentations and deliverables communicating strategy and outcomes • Identify and communicate potential market opportunities and leads to managers • Deliver project content

🎯 Requirements

• 0 or more years of applicable experience • High School Diploma or GED (Required) • Awareness of market trends and key competitor’s activities • Negotiation skills • Effective approaches to closing the sale • Networking skills • Knowledge of client and healthcare industry • Understanding of risk management practices • Ability to gather and research data using common tools and analytical methods • Statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab • Advanced Excel skills • Tableau • Business Intelligence • Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Must remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods • Must be willing to travel 81-100% within the US
