📋 Description

• Collaborate within a team of Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Perform billable work for clients • Participate in engagement teams to determine client needs, analyze and interpret data, evaluate potential solutions, develop presentation materials, and assist with implementing recommended improvements • Identify issues, form hypotheses, plan and participate in interviews, conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions into insights and recommendations • Create cohesive presentations for various audiences and help implement change • Provide input and support to team deliverables and presentations during each project phase • Interact with clients and build working relationships within the Premier/Client team • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Create value through client interactions, data analytics and insights, and team participation • Participate in practice development activities • Obtain data, coordinate analyses, initiate interpretations and conclusions, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations • Generate billing revenue by conducting analyses, preparing reports, and assisting clients with desired changes • Define detailed business requirements by interviewing clients and documenting wants and needs • Create client-facing presentations and deliverables communicating strategy and outcomes • Identify market opportunities and communicate potential leads to managers • Learn Premier-based technologies and services • Complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• 0 or more years of applicable experience • High School Diploma or GED (Required) • Awareness of market trends and key competitors’ activities • Negotiation skills • Effective approaches to closing the sale • Networking skills • Knowledge of clients and the healthcare industry • Understanding of risk management practices • Ability to identify, communicate, and respond to risks and issues to a manager • Ability to gather and research data using common tools and analytical methods • Statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab • Advanced Excel skills • Tableau and Business Intelligence knowledge • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Sedentary physical work requirements • Travel 81–100% within the US
