📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems • Perform billable client work and lead/manage significant workstreams or projects • Determine client needs based on engagement statements of work, interviews, tools, and analytical methods • Lead, guide, complete, interpret, and provide quality assurance over data analyses • Develop conclusions, recommendations, solutions, presentations, and client deliverables • Assist with implementing recommended improvements • Manage project risks, issues, economics, budgets, expenses, profitability, administration, and logistics • Manage, mentor, and educate staff assigned to projects • Build strong, referenceable client relationships • Participate in Advisory practice development and internal activities • Learn Premier technologies and services • Identify market opportunities, contribute to sales presentations, and identify profitability improvements • Complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses, oversee, and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time • Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Travel 61-80% within the US • Sedentary physical demands, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
