📋 Description

• Deliver performance improvement services to healthcare systems • Perform billable client work • Lead and manage significant workstreams or projects • Determine client needs based on engagement statements of work • Lead, guide, complete, interpret, and quality-assure data analyses • Form initial recommendations and develop final recommendations and solutions • Develop deliverables and presentation materials for various audiences • Assist with implementing recommended improvements • Manage project risks, issues, economics, administration, and logistics • Oversee day-to-day activities and staff assigned to workstreams or projects • Provide input, guidance, quality assurance, mentorship, and education to project teams • Build strong, referenceable client relationships • Participate in practice development, educational opportunities, and learning Premier technologies and services • Maintain utilization targets for billable projects • Identify market opportunities and communicate potential leads • Contribute to sales presentation deliverables • Identify opportunities to improve profitability • Complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses, oversee, and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time • Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Travel 61-80% within the US • Sedentary physical work requirements
