📋 Description

• Provide leadership oversight for all supply chain management matters for customers • Direct source selection and support supplier identification and development • Reduce material costs and assess and respond to supply risks • Advise customers across materials pricing, BOM analysis, delivery execution, and flexibility performance • Optimize product design for supply chain performance cross-functionally • Serve as the SCM customer interface, relationship manager, and focal point for SCM issues, strategies, and requirements • Manage projects jointly developed by Celestica and customers • Deploy systems and processes to ensure customer satisfaction • Coordinate responses to SCM customer enquiries • Improve business processes to achieve inventory targets and maximize ROI • Support negotiations, business requirements, growth plans, quote assumptions, and SCM optimization • Drive customer engagement on demand planning, commitments, non-performing inventory, and process improvements • Direct site teams on SIOP, GAP inventory reviews, and strategic inventory proposals • Review NPI BOMs and develop materials strategies • Identify and implement SMI opportunities and drive supplier performance • Drive localization and strategic sourcing for CLS-preferred suppliers • Support SIOP revenue forecasting and execution from NPI to MP • Identify demand-supply material shortages throughout product launch • Develop assembly and integration strategies • Coordinate second-source qualifications and phase-ins • Coordinate CLS intersite activities • Provide strategic supply chain expertise and innovative solutions to internal stakeholders and customers • Support customer QBRs, supplier escalations, and KPI improvement initiatives • Support recovery of contractual SCM-related costs and resolve customer escalations • Collaborate with customers on proposals, expedites, premiums, risks, liabilities, and capacity installation • Interact regularly with executives and major customers • Lead cost analysis for customer bids and quarterly BOM costing • Support Commodity Management teams with contract negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience • Experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, demand planning, supplier management, materials strategy, BOM analysis, SIOP, inventory management, and cost analysis • Ability to provide leadership oversight for SCM matters and interact with executives and major customers • Ability to travel as necessary • Candidates considered near US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon, or California, or near major airports in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, or Pacific Coast • Must be eligible to work in the United States; Celestica is an E-Verify employer
