📋 Description

• Lead the Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) strategy and execution for products across DoD and commercial aerospace programs • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Enterprise Services, Quality, and RTX leadership to define strategy and coordinate initiatives • Identify and mitigate cyber supply chain risks to RTX products and services • Define secure supplier product development and assurance practices for DoD and commercial aerospace pursuits • Integrate C-SCRM practices into RFPs, proposals, and contract language, including SBOM/HBOM, provenance, and assurance artifacts • Drive supplier product cybersecurity risk assessments and assurance activities • Evaluate supplier development practices, provenance, counterfeit controls, and standards alignment • Define cyber supply chain requirements for supplier-provided components, firmware, software, and services • Ensure traceability from mission- and safety-critical functions to sub-tier suppliers • Integrate C-SCRM controls into product and acquisition lifecycles, including architecture trades, supplier selection, verification planning, and sustainment channels • Deliver executive reporting on cyber supply chain risk posture, vulnerabilities, counterfeit exposure, and trends • Advise leadership on emerging C-SCRM threats, regulatory developments, and strategic investment needs • Represent RTX in cross-industry and government forums related to C-SCRM, aerospace assurance, and supply chain security • Establish, track, and refine Product Cybersecurity C-SCRM KPIs and metrics • Report to the VP of RTX Product Cybersecurity

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 15 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 12 years of experience • Minimum of 12 years of experience in product, cybersecurity, or supply chain fields • Experience guiding programs through secure engineering and assurance processes • Experience generating and reviewing mission critical function trees • Experience generating and reviewing supplier-to-function mapping matrices • Experience with SBOMs, HBOMs, provenance maps, and trusted component registries • Experience with threat models and compromise scenario libraries tied to mission/safety impacts • Experience communicating and negotiating with government customers, regulators, standards organizations, and prime/sub-tier suppliers • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • Active and existing Secret security clearance required after day 1 • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to influence senior leadership and align engineering, supply chain, quality, and program teams preferred • Work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. Territories
