📋 Description

• Provide solution development, data integration with performance improvement methodology, strategic counsel, and targeted client development support to Premier’s Advisory Services practice • Focus primarily on public health, managed care, and hospital operations • Work with leaders across public health, managed care, and hospital operations to provide healthcare expertise and practical recommendations • Translate market needs and practice priorities into differentiated offerings, repeatable approaches, and measurable client value • Contribute to solution design and technology-enabled delivery • Collaborate with field and account teams • Advise leaders on practice priorities, market opportunities, and client outcomes • Develop and position advisory offerings integrating Premier’s data and technology with scalable delivery approaches • Define measurable client value supporting retention, expansion, and value-based offerings • Support business development, client discussions, and partnership strategies • Share expertise through thought leadership, practical guidance, and reusable resources

🎯 Requirements

• 12 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Healthcare consulting expertise • Executive-level communication and partnership with healthcare C-suite • Experience in healthcare consulting • Experience in public sector healthcare • Experience in managed care • Experience in clinical/hospital operations • Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time • Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Operate computer programs and software • Communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically • Make independent decisions • Work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Travel 41–60% within the US
