📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Perform billable client work and lead or participate in engagement workstreams • Determine client needs based on engagement statements of work • Lead, complete, and quality-assure data analyses • Interpret analyses, form initial recommendations, and develop potential solutions • Develop client deliverables and presentation materials for various audiences • Identify and mitigate risks • Manage workstream economics, budgets, expenses, and project activities • Assist with implementation of recommended improvements • Identify issues, form hypotheses, plan and conduct interviews, oversee analytics, and develop recommendations • Participate in practice development, educational opportunities, and learning Premier technologies • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models using Premier and client data • Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses • Obtain data, execute or oversee analyses, prepare presentations, generate billings revenue, and assist clients with implementing changes • Listen for market opportunities, communicate potential leads, and contribute to sales presentation deliverables • Complete required annual training

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support or operations), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses, oversee, and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Must complete all required training requirements annually • Travel 61-80% within the US
