📋 Description

• Deliver performance improvement work for healthcare systems • Lead and participate in client engagement workstreams • Determine client needs based on engagement statements of work • Lead, complete, and provide quality assurance over data analyses • Interpret analyses, form initial recommendations, and develop potential solutions • Develop client deliverables and presentation materials • Assist with risk identification and mitigation • Manage workstream economics, budgets, expenses, and project activities • Participate in interviews, hypothesis formation, analytics, recommendations, and implementation of improvements • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects • Participate in Advisory practice development and required educational activities • Learn Premier technologies and services • Build and maintain dynamic, interactive data models using Premier and client data • Lead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools • Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses • Identify market opportunities and contribute to sales presentation deliverables • Complete annual training requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Experience with Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt preferred • Extensive experience in management consulting within a healthcare supply chain setting preferred • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics preferred • Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations preferred • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis preferred • Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving preferred • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions • Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US
