• Manage key national accounts’ daily needs and requirements to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth • Build relationships within key national account organizations and with their customers • Solicit new product introductions and cultivate new business for key national accounts • Provide product and technical knowledge to customers • Manage changeovers and secure unit box orders to grow revenue • Support and participate in open houses, trade shows, sales seminars, and customer events • Distribute marketing materials to installers • Analyze reports, documents, and correspondence related to territory operations • Prepare regular reports for internal management and customers, including Power BI and Excel reports • Assist key national accounts with new-store setup • Support customers’ sales efforts through ride-alongs and professional installer sales calls • Meet with installers and consumers regarding specific product issues • Perform other assigned job-related tasks
• Strong teamwork mentality • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Professional, personable, and persuasive • Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask efficiently • Outstanding work ethic • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Position is home based • Extensive driving and air travel required; approximately 10 nights per month of travel • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred • 5+ years of regional sales experience
