📋 Description

• Assess training and implementation needs for customers and internal staff • Develop and deliver engaging product training through live, online, and on-demand formats • Create and maintain implementation materials across multiple platforms, including LMS content • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of products and features • Contribute to product development • Represent solutions at conferences nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Disability/Assistive Technology related field is required • Working knowledge of Accent, NovaChat, and iOS-based products • Minimum of 2 years working in the field of AAC or Assistive Technology is required • Clinical knowledge and experience in the practice of AAC • Ongoing connection to current AAC practices • Excellent online and in-person presentation skills • Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
