📋 Description

• Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams • Oversee project execution and drive technical strategy aligned with business objectives • Deliver and integrate services centered around the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud platforms • Develop team talent through hiring, training, mentoring, regular 1:1s, feedback, and career pathing • Own day-to-day team execution and delivery while championing agile methodologies • Mentor engineers on complex architectural decisions, code quality standards, and code reviews • Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Marketing to define product vision and prioritize the backlog • Ensure engineering processes, system architecture, and documentation meet quality standards and healthcare regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA and SOC 2 • Identify bottlenecks and implement engineering process improvements • Define and monitor metrics for productivity, code quality, and delivery timelines • Communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering • 2+ years of direct people leadership and engineering management experience • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing engineering teams through hiring, training, mentoring, and feedback • People-first leadership philosophy and focus on developing People Leaders • Culture-driven mindset that cultivates a creative, collaborative, curious, caring, and conscientious team culture • Strong experience designing and delivering systems using Python, React, TypeScript, Flask/FastAPI, Redux, NoSQL, and serverless architectures • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code, including AWS, CloudFormation, and Terraform • Experience designing for scalability and supportability • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering with product management to define vision and development priorities • Passion for process improvement and agile methodologies • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Must not require current or future employer sponsorship for a work visa • Successful candidates must undergo a background check compliant with applicable federal, provincial, and state rules
