📋 Description

• Design, build, and enhance internal Evolve web applications for CX and Lifecycle teams • Deliver end-to-end features from requirements clarification through production release • Implement stakeholder feature requests and bug fixes • Build lightweight automations and scheduled jobs to synchronize organizational data • Improve access control, administration settings, and usability • Document application behavior, deployment notes, and handoff guidance • Create and maintain Gainsight Relationships, CSM assignments, Success Plans, playbooks, and customer attributes • Investigate and remediate missing or delayed order and relationship updates • Configure and maintain Gainsight rules, attributes, and automations • Support CSM distribution lists, relationship hygiene, and recurring Gainsight maintenance • Perform data quality analysis and remediation across operational systems • Build, refresh, and support Power BI reports, datasets, and dashboards • Troubleshoot Power BI data refreshes, pipelines, source extracts, and connectivity • Define metrics, filters, and source-of-truth rules with stakeholders • Triage and prioritize stakeholder requests across applications, Gainsight, and data workstreams • Partner with CSMs, Advisors, BDMs, and CX leadership to turn requests into software, processes, and reliable datasets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and/or military experience • 2–5 years of experience building internal tools or business applications, plus data/CRM analytics exposure • Hands-on application development experience; Python preferred • Experience with web UI frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, React, or similar • Experience with REST APIs and Git • Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and transforming relational data • Hands-on experience with Gainsight or a comparable customer-success platform, including relationships, rules, attributes, dashboards, and reports • Working knowledge of Power BI, including report/dashboard building, datasets, DAX basics, filters, and data-source troubleshooting • Strong Excel skills for data wrangling, validation, and ad-hoc analysis • Experience diagnosing data-quality issues across CRM, ERP/order, and reporting systems • Ability to manage a high volume of stakeholder requests with prioritization, documentation, and communication • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience shipping internal SaaS-style tools for operations, CX, or revenue teams is an additional skill • Familiarity with subscription, renewals, Cisco, or multi-OEM lifecycle data concepts is an additional skill • Experience with process automation is an additional skill • Exposure to Salesforce, ERP extracts, LDAP/directory data, or similar operational sources is an additional skill • Experience supporting QBR, CSM, or BDM reporting packages is an additional skill • Interest in AI-assisted productivity tooling is an additional skill
