📋 Description

• Process requests to create and update customer master data records, including Sold-To, Bill-To, and Ship-To accounts • Validate required data fields and ensure alignment with internal standards and naming conventions • Maintain accurate customer records in the MDG system and other applicable tools • Review and verify customer documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines • Submit and track customer master data requests through the MDG system and follow up on pending approvals or issues • Serve as a point of contact for Sales regarding customer master data requests, status updates, and account selection for order entry • Identify data quality issues and support data cleansing, standardization, validation, and process improvement activities • Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of customer master data processes and related system changes • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Must already have work authorization permitting employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Experience in master data, customer setup, order management, sales operations, or order-to-cash support preferred • Experience with MDG systems, ERP tools, CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus • Ability to learn and navigate MDG, ERP, and related systems, including SAP and CRM platforms • Clear communication skills and ability to work closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple requests, maintain data accuracy and completeness, and identify process improvement opportunities
