📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise in the design and development of Presidio’s internal Managed Services platform and associated automations • Work closely with the Product Owner and team members to develop solutions to complex technical and business challenges • Interact with technical stakeholders to capture additional requirements • Research and evaluate available technical options • Perform testing and implement proofs of concept • Assist with initial pilots and operationalizing developed solutions • Document technical work and solutions • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the Engineering team • Identify opportunities to improve Managed Services efficiency through automation • Author technical articles for knowledge sharing • Collaborate with Presidio team members to solve or improve production security issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and/or military experience • Minimum of 6–9 years’ experience with in-depth architectural and technical knowledge • Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and load balancers • Experience with security controls, including firewalls, NAC, IPS/IDS, endpoint, content filter, VPN, and SIEM • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V • Experience with cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS platforms such as AWS and Azure • Strong scripting/programming experience with Python • Experience with DevOps technologies such as Git, Docker, Ansible, Python, and APIs • Deep knowledge of Linux system administration and troubleshooting • Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills • Demonstrated decision-making skills related to architecture and design implementation • Effective communication skills • Strong industry knowledge and expertise in building comprehensive solutions • Solid documentation experience • Initiative and ability to work until the job is complete • Prior experience working closely with customers and collaborating with IT staff • Must be a US Citizen
