📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives within the Product Marketing organization • Partner with the Director of Product Marketing • Translate strategic priorities into executable work plans supporting Lighthouse and Security Sales Motions • Maintain dashboards and status reporting • Focus on sales- and practice-defined priorities • Direct and work with strategic design partners and product marketing execution resources • Forecast work efforts for accurate project delivery reporting • Review work for quality and alignment with Product Marketing objectives • Deliver value propositions, messaging frameworks, solution briefs, sales kits, executive presentations, sales enablement assets, marketing collateral, and AI marketing deliverables • Orchestrate projects with the design team in India to translate messaging into customer-facing materials • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Solution Architects, SMEs, Creative Services, and executive stakeholders • Develop repeatable workflows, dashboards, governance, and process improvements with program managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • Overall 10+ years of experience in B2B or Technology Product Marketing • 10–12 years of Product Marketing experience in enterprise technology • Experience managing agencies, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills • Experience with AI, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services preferred
