📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts • Participate in building Presidio’s enterprise data warehouse • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for financial analytics • Establish financial performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives • Foster data literacy and analytical rigor across Finance and the wider organization • Oversee enterprise-level financial models across business units • Guide analysis of complex financial and operational datasets to identify growth, efficiency, and profitability opportunities • Provide executive-level insights and strategic recommendations based on financial performance, market trends, and internal metrics • Partner with functional leaders on decision-making, resource allocation, and strategic planning • Lead financial integration of acquisitions across planning, forecasting, reporting, data, and performance-management processes • Establish post-acquisition performance reporting, track investment-case results, monitor integration milestones and synergy realization, and provide insights to senior leadership • Direct evolution of financial analytics capabilities across the enterprise data warehouse, D365, OneStream, Salesforce, and Power BI • Champion automation, AI, data governance, and analytics best practices • Collaborate with IT, Accounting, and Data teams to support advanced analytics and business intelligence needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or business intelligence • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role • Demonstrated success building and scaling analytics capabilities within a finance organization • Experience in technology, SaaS, or other data-driven industries is highly desirable • Proven leadership managing high-performing financial teams • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement methodologies • Strong working knowledge of enterprise data environments, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and dashboard development tools • Experience leveraging analytics to influence executive decision-making and operational strategy • Ability to synthesize complex data into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or certifications in Data Analytics or Financial Modeling are advantageous • Master’s or MBA strongly preferred
